Scanmine is a technology company providing large scale news aggregation for automated online
publishing based on external sources.
Input to the production process is an initial collection of relevant sources, a predefined
set of publishing policies and layout and design (based on templates). Output is online
newspapers, completely automated.
The Scanmine technology is a result of a research project aiming at providing
reducing time spent "churnalism" - the process of providing
news based on news aggregation from external sources, press releases and wire stories -
in order for journalists to focus on quality investigative journalism.
Scanmine is seeking U.S. partners with complementary technologies or products
focusing on providing news related services to businesses or communities.
Scanmine provides white label agreements allowing significant freedom of use for our partners.
